EPISODE DESCRIPTION
They were all at a party at defendants house. Plaintiff claims that both defendants vandalized his car with a machete, and, injured a friend that was with him. Defendants claim that plaintiffs friend threw a chair to a window in the window, they told them to leave, later they called him to come back to the party. Plaintiff says he did not see a chair threw at the window. Plaintiff went back to the party, his car was vandalized. Witness Ashley Albee was convicted for vandalizing plaintiffs car, she claims she took the blame but she did not do it. Judge Judy advised plaintiff to sue the witness as she was already convicted for the crime.
