EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Defendant claims that plaintiff never paid rent, although she told her she was going to pay $200.00 for rent. The lease was under defendants name. They packed their things the night before the move out date, left some things to pick up the next day. When she was on her way there, the defendant called her to say they were locked out. Plaintiff claims that defendant failed to answer her calls and texts to meet at the apartment to pick up her things, after the lock out. Defendant admits that she sold plaintiffs guitar, Judge Judy ordered her to pay that to plaintiff, along with a painting and any other property that belongs to plaintiff. Counterclaim: Plaintiff must pay defendant $65.00 for the bills.
