EPISODE DESCRIPTION
In their divorce decree it was established that whoever had insurance shall include the kids on it, both of them are disabled; the current wife included the children in her insurance, took them out a while later as she was receiving the bills and the mother was not paying them, plaintiff claims the father should be paying them and that the wife is responsible for the bills because she took them out of the insurance. Judge Judy determined the wife is not responsible for the bills. Counter claim: Defendants wife paid for one of the children birth certificate, lend it to plaintiff, she did not return it.
