EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Defendant claims that he believed that child was being abused. He noticed mark and bruises every time the child comes from his house. Showed pictures and video to Judge Judy. Plaintiff was awarded primary custody of the child by a Judge, demonstrated there was no abuse. Defendant has a child the same age with another woman, who claims he does not pay child support. Defendant admits he does not pay child support for neither child. Judge Judy ruled that defendant does not pay atty fees as there was litigation on both sides.
