Plaintiff claims they had an incident while living together, step-father provoked him, pointed a gun to him, and he took a baseball bat and hit the TV in self defense. On the property: Plaintiff to pick up couches, 2 safe boxes, to pick up by someone else. Counter suit: Dismissed.
