Plaintiff told defendants boyfriend that she kissed her brother. Plaintiff claims that she texted the boyfriend to to her house to see the text messages she had as evidence, she did not know that defendant was also coming with the boyfriend. Defendant claims that plaintiff texted her to fight, she agreed and went to her house. They got into a fist fight, violent fight. After evidence presented, Judge Judy ruled in favor of plaintiff.
