EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Defendant crashed the first car when driving to pick up plaintiffs daughter, she left him the car in case he wanted to go to find a job, they were living together at plaintiffs house. Per plaintiff he received a ticket, per defendant it was not his fault, he did not show up for the hearing, this car was totaled, $500 deductible. Defendant crashed the second car when driving from a bar to pick her her up at a friends house, he got a DUI, he claims that she willingly gave him the car. He gave plaintiff $600 already.
