Plaintiff claim that neither team wanted him to play basketball, he stole the ball to be funny and they chased him down, they both wrestled, got strapped into a gym mat, defendant pulled hard and that is how he broke his arm. Defendant claims was an accident, although he saw him there; said boys will be boys. Judge Judy does not consider the incident an accident.
