EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Plaintiff claims that defendant gave him a bad credit card as a hold for the deposit in case of any damage. Defendant denies the accusation, claims she was not told that her credit card was going to be charged if any damages. Defendant claims that the limo driver is responsible for the damages. She admits she was intoxicated. there was a fight outside of the club where the limo was parked, the driver asked to come in the limo, they refused to get in the bus, the driver wanted to leave. Per witness the driver wanted to leave with or without the people in the bus. Driver witnessed the person that damaged the car, it was part of the party. Judgement for the plaintiff.
