Per defendant she put $1,000.00 to is account as he told her the estimate for the repairs was $1,600.00. Plaintiff claims that was the initial estimate, not the total, when he found out that she was going to receive money for a pending settlement on another case. Judge Judy determined that the security deposit and $1000 is sufficient for his alleged claims.
