Plaintiff claims he got jealous about a phone call she received from a male co-worker. Started screaming and pushed her to the TV. She went to the doctor 2 weeks after. He claims he bought the TV. Judge Judy dismissed the counterclaim so plaintiff can buy a new TV. She thinks the parties had a bad fight and defendant lost his temper.
