Carpet was around 15 yrs old. Defendant claims acussations are false, that photos provided is not how she left the apt. Photos indicates that stuff was left behing. Judge Judy ruled that plaintiff may keep the deposit for clean up, no money extra for new carpets. on the HOA fees: fines for dogs, gave proof; and for a broken gate.
