EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Parties used to live together. Plaintiff claims that defendant got violent with her, she wanted to go to a homeless shelter. He didnt let her go and put her hands on her to prevent her to leaving, she claims she defended herself by throwing some things at him, she then left to the shelter. Her story does not match with her complaint. Defendant denies the accusations, he said he did put her in the bed because she came home at 3am after he saw pictures of her body that she sent to some guy. plaintiff agrees he tried to give her the phone and she did not want to take it. He was evicted for all the outburst they caused. He was injured, she was not. Judge Judy detrmined plaintiff has to pay $485 for medical bills, and, $500 for moving expenses as he had to move because of her actions.
