The car had a lien on it, defendant agreed to purchase the car as is for $8,500.00. plaintiff paid of the car, defendant repaired the car and kept the car without paying her. He lend the car to his girlfriend and the motor blew up. Judge Judy made the plaintiff sign off the car to the defendant, defendant has to pay her $5,000.00.
