Defendant worked work plaintiff. At the time of the accident he was working for the plaintiff, it was during his lunch break. Defendant claims that a deer came out of nowhere, he tried to maneuver the with the car, hit a mailbox, left a note to the owners, paid $84.00 for the mailbox, went back to work. Plaintiff claims defendant was arrested once the filled out the paperwork and called the police to have a police report. Case dismissed as it should be covered by the insurance. Plaintiff pays $420 owed to defendant.
