Plaintiff was paying the car to defendant plus insurance, every month $2148 total paid. Defendant claims that plaintiff was not paying the insurance so she stopped paying the car. She also says the car is now disabled after plaintiff tried to take the car from her. Defendant claims she had the car insured. Judge Judy ruled that defendant get the car back and refunds some of the money to plaintiff.
