Counterclaim: defendant claims the minor damaged her property while living with her, Judge Judy dismissed the claim as she was her guardian. Per defendant the Van was towed when she lend it to plaintiff, dismissed. Per ward, she put money from her job,$3,305.25, in a joint bank account with defendant, and defendant took it out. Defendant says it was $700.00. Judge Judy ruled that $1,500.00 should be returned to plaintiff.
