Plaintiff claims she was illegally towed 2 times. The matter was unable to be resolved in mediation. After mediation the car was towed for the third time. Defendant claims the car was in violation of the rules of the mobile parking home community, did not have a valid registration. Same reasons from before. Defendant failed to show evidence of registration at the time of the towing. PLAINTIFF CASE DISMISSED. Counterclaim: Witness saw plaintiff blocking the entrance of their business.DISMISSED.
