Plaintiff bought the furniture from her grandsons step grandfather, he was the manger of the furniture store, she had a flooded apartment and lost furniture, bought mattress and other furniture, per her, she was bitten by bed bugs from the mattress. Defendant claims furniture was not infected. Furniture was in his house until he sold it to plaintiff, it was his son furniture. Judge Judy did not find evidence that defendant knew furniture had bed bugs, furniture was used, there is no warranty.
