Plaintiff hired defendant for marketing. Defendant claims that all he was hired for was for online marketing. Agreement was never signed, verbal agreement, both parties admit it. Plaintiff claims they never had access to the portal, never approved the articles; defendant denies the accusation, claims he gave them 3 videos, one is currently used on their website. Judge Judy determined that the price was fair for what he has done for them, this part is dismissed. Libel and hacking: plaintiffs claim they rated defendants marketing company with one star on google, later on it was changed to 5 stars by somebody else, they suspect the defendant hacked their emails. Witness, tech support forum expect stated they only way to change that is by having the password or hacked their emails. DISMISSED.
