Defendant claims that sometimes he worked more hours. Plaintiff claims he changed the payroll system, that was when the error ocurred with the over payment. Defendant was switch from hourly pay to salary, he was told it was a promotion to night manager, and, there was problem with the overtime he was doing. Defendant claims that plaintiff told him that he will get a raise with his promotion, he thought that was the raise, doubled his salary.
