Plaintiff says she wanted her out because of constant damages to the house, presented photos, did not bring the receipts. Plaintiff sold the house. Property damage dismissed for lack of evidence. Utility bills, dismissed for lack of evidence. Cell phone, dismissed, old case. Counterclaim: dismissed.
