Plaintiff claims she took the defendantse cat to the vet for shaving and shots, defendant admits he never took the cat to the cat, he admits he let her take it to the vet. Plaintiff paid the visit, defendant admits he did not have enough money at the time. Defendant assumed it was a birthday present. Plaintiff claims that defendant neglect the cat and abused the cat many times. Judge Judy doubts her statement. Counter claim: dismissed.
