Plaintiff claims he paid $8215 for furniture, showed receipt to Judge who saw the receipt says all sales are final. He wanted a refund for 2 items, a sectional sofa and a king size bed, defendant said that is not possible. Plaintiff dispute the transaction with credit card, they finalized denying the refund. Plaintiff claims he has not been able to pick up the furniture because some items are missing, per witness they sold the furniture. Defendant admits she start selling his items because he did not pick it up.
