Defendant rented an apartment from plaintiff, they were friends. Defendant claims he moved out because plaintiff made a pass at him. Plaintiff claims defendant is on drugs and he is in Court to teach him a valuable life lesson. Plaintiff claims he owes him for rent, never informed him he was moving, promised he was going to pay with his tax refund check. Defendant signed a promissory note.
