Plaintiff claims defendant does not let him see their child because she does not like his girlfriend, although he has visitation rights determined in the divorce decree. Plaintiff claims defendant vandalized his car, defendant claims he vandalized her car first, while she was inside the car with their daughter he broke a window, she called the police and had him arrested, automatically she got an order of protection against him. Defendant claims he has never pay child support ordered by the Court. He says she violated visitation rights, that is why he is not paying the child support. Plaintiff was caught lying to the Judge, therefore his claim is denied, counterclaim is admitted for back child support.
