Plaintiff claims is the first time she sees defendant in person, defendants friend was the driver in the accident. The day of the accident the driver took off, she followed the car and called the police. Defendant claims that the driver was her daughters friend, who is a meth addict, claims she stole her car while she was out of town; although she discovered that plaintiff was in fault in the accident. Defendant admits the driver had a history of stealing, drugs, as well as her daughter. Plaintiff claims at the beginning she was willing to pay, to find out later plaintiff was at fault.
