EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Plaintiff claims that defendant failed to give her 2 weeks notice before taking her 3 children out of her daycare, as required in the contract signed by her, presented as evidence; she left without an explanation, she thought everything was going fine. Defendant claims she pulled them out because plaintiffs husband was abusing them, bullying them, stepping in their back, she heard different stories. Per defendant she heard of 5 cases of abuse to her children before pulling them out, the last one she witnessed it. She claimed she called the Estate to put a claim to child services, they told her it was too late. Plaintiffs denied this accusations, also claimed that defendant went online to hurt their reputation, she called the police; she did it again and again. The Judge called the Estate and found out the statute of limitation for this cases is 2 years, defendant lied to the Court, ruled in favor of the plaintiffs and dismissed the defendants counterclaim. Defendant reacted violently to the verdict, tried to attack the plaintiffs, was handcuffed in Court.

She probably did not have the money to pay the day care so after the lady kept on asking her for the money she pull them out and then made up all that stuff about them abusing the kids because if someone abuse my kids there will be proof that i reported them

There are too many details from the defendant for this to be untrue. I believe the defendant (although not very articulate), she's obviously angry because someone did something to her children. Any real mother would understand this. Also I like Judge Mathis, he's not understanding and is quite confrontational to the defendant in this matter.

Bottom line: mom already owed $500 for daycare which she could not or would not be able to pay. Try to get out of the debt by making allegations of abuse which she could not prove and didn't even report to authorities. .

Error Judge Mathis, Vanessa said she was told over the phone it was too late to file a CPS claim She could of been given the wrong info.when a judge call of course they gonna give the legal answer. He should of asked for pictures of abuse and corroborated her story with the alleged abuser. He should asked if Vanessa was paying outta pocket. How long were the kids going there, have there been payment issues in the past. American law is skewed towards business owners,I believe.
