EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Parties used to live together. Plaintiff claims that defendant started to get violent after they moved in together. Twice the police was called, she was put in jail the first time as he showed defensive marks on him; the second time she claims he chocked her, the police came and put them both in jail as she had a restraining order for the previous incident, although he bailed her out. Police reports were presented as evidence. Plaintiffs son is disabled, sent a video with his testimony, as he witnessed the defendant shocking the plaintiff. Plaintiff claims defendant still has some of her property, showed texts from defendant saying he wont return her stuff. After lack of evidence from defendant, Judge ruled in favor of plaintiff. Counterclaim, dismissed

Monica Ratner I don't understand why CPS didn't take him. The mom ain't shit for letting the boy witness and live with an abuser. That man wasnt his father
