Defendant is plaintiffs brother in law, they grew up together. Defendant had a tough childhood, at the age of 12 he shot someone, he was dealing; but, he transformed his life. Defendant admits he received a loan for $300 from plaintiff. Defendant is countersuing for emotional distress because she went to his job to tell everybody he shot someone when he was 12 and she was afraid him; plaintiff denies the accusations and claims that she had him served the papers at his job, she never went there, dismissed. Defendant showed some receipts as evidence of partial payments.
