Parties used to date. plaintiff claims that defendant gets violent when she gets upset, a couple of times broke his Cell phone, laptop and hit him with items. Defendant says it was him who was always jealous and angry. Plaintiff claims she did not pay rent for 26 months, although they agreed she was going to pay when she moved in; and, he loan her the money to buy a car with the promise to pay it back. Defendant claims he never asked her for an amount, she thought she was paying by living with him. The Judge granted the rent, not the loan.
