EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Parties used to be roommates. Plaintiff claims that she had to move as defendant bullied her, had her as some kind of prisoner in jail always wanting to know her whereabouts. Defendant claims that plaintiffs behavior was shady, used to smoke pot in front of her kids and she suspect she was working as a prostitute. Plaintiff claims she gave her notice that she was moving, she told her she wont give her her property until she paid the $500 she owed her and changed the locks. Defendant claims she spoke to plaintiffs parents and told her they could come to pick up her belongings, plaintiffs mother owns some of the items. Defendant finally admits that she is holding her property hostage because she owes her money and that she disposed of some of the property. Judge awarded claim to plaintiff, minus $250 as part of the rent.

Speaking proper English with any type of accent is reflective of the type of environment that you are raised in, and what region of the country you reside in. There is no "white way" or "black" way of speaking.
