Plaintiff claims she started asking for the total loan when he stopped making payments. Defendant claims he stopped paying because she asked for the total amount of the loan paid at once. Plaintiff claims that she invested $500 on his business of printing t-shirts, defendant told her he was going to double the amount, she showed text messages as evidence of the agreement. Later on she gave her an extra $150. Defendant claims they had compromises with shows, she never showed up at any event. No written contract. Defendant claims she gave her $200 back, plaintiff admits he did pay her $200 back.
