Plaintiff gave defendant $1500 as deposit and rent when she moved in. She lived there for 4 months, she started to pay the landlord directly. Counterclaim dismissed. Plaintiff to pay $100 to defendant for cleaning fee. Plaintiff gets $650 for the miscellaneous left at the apartment.
