EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Plaintiff claims that 15 minutes after she bought the from defendant, the car broke down, she called the defendant inmediatly, the defendant agreed to meet with her and a mechanic, the mechanic never showed up. Defendant claims plaintiff left the car on his driveway without authorization, after 21 days he had it towed. They had a written contract that if something mayor happened he would refund the money. Plaintiff paid total of $1980 for the truck. plaintiff claim she did not know where to leave the truck as he called him 16 times and he did not pick up, so she decided to go to his house and had the tow company bring the car there as he was 5 miles away from the place where the car broke down, and he had agree to refund the money. Car title was not clean.
