Judge ruled in favor of plaintiff but not for the entire amount as he failed to present more evidence; more for the lack of attention of the defendant to the job he did.

I still don't understand why they have that dude Doug out in the hallway. I mean, I'm not against the idea of having someone there, but this guy is just a pompous dick. You can obviously tell the defendant in the first case is a spoiled a$! brat! She should just be grateful her god sister was willingly letting her move in with her with out having to pay half the rent. And especially when she allowed her let her useless bf stay for a long amount of time. Plaintiff should of been the one to first move out when it wasn't even her apartment to begin with

Yep, choosing to have a baby out of wedlock is whose fault? Oh, yeah, it's YOUR fault. Don't go around whining after the fact. And, any decision to have sex out of wedlock is a choice to have a baby whether contraception is used or not.
