EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Parties are neighbors. Defendant claims they had an argument with plaintiff and he pushed him towards the car, the damage to the car was smaller than a dime, claims they are having financial problems and want money from him. plaintiff claims he told defendant to get out of his property during the argument, defendant walked to the car and kicked the car. Defendant admits, after evidence presented, that he kicked the car,went to apologize, but, the amount he is being sued for is ridiculous.
