EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Plaintiff was renting a house from defendant, she claims that she gave notice to to vacate, before the time was up defendant rented the house to other tenants, when she came to pick up her furniture the new tenants were using her brand new couch and other property. Defendant claims plaintiff told him she was vacating immediately and will leave the furniture behind as she did not have time to pick it up; he suspected it had something to do with her criminal past as he asked him for advise, defendant is an attorney as well, he says she abandoned her furniture.
