Plaintiff claims defendant discriminate him and his friends, he decided to leave the room he was renting from her, gave her 30 days notice. Defendant claims plaintiff did not give her notice, and left the rooms with multiple damages. They did not have a lease. Defendant failed to show evidence of the damages, according to her everything has been fixed; holes in wall, spray paint on the floors, plaintiff claims he fixed the hole for the TV. Judgment to plaintiff.

Last case: The judge is right - time to put your big girl panties on. What kind of idiot doesn't take pictures of damage that she's charging someone for? It is only common sense to take pictures of any damage BEFORE you fix it, if you are going to charge the last tenant for that damage. She should also be taking pictures of the room before she rents it out. Did she think he'd just say, "okay, I'll let you keep my entire security deposit"? Did she think the judge would just say, sure, I'll just believe you? No! She needs proof.?
