    Last case: The judge is right - time to put your big girl panties on. What kind of idiot doesn't take pictures of damage that she's charging someone for? It is only common sense to take pictures of any damage BEFORE you fix it, if you are going to charge the last tenant for that damage. She should also be taking pictures of the room before she rents it out. Did she think he'd just say, "okay, I'll let you keep my entire security deposit"? Did she think the judge would just say, sure, I'll just believe you? No! She needs proof.?
