Plaintiff claims they shared a car, that defendant had unpaid tickets, the car was towed and disposed. Defendant claims the car was put on his name because plaintiff did not have a valid drivers license, he did not use the car. Defendant claims he told plaintiff he had unpaid tickets; plaintiff says he told him he had only one ticket for $80. Defendant claims he had soccer equipment in the car at the time it was stolen, did not file a police report about it, claims soccer association is blaming him. He claims he was able to check the vehicle, nothing was there. Judge does not find a victim in this case, they deserve each other.
