Defendant deny the charges, think he damaged the property himself to accuse them. Tenants were subletting the apartment from plaintiff, lived there for about 6 months, paying $400 a month. Witnesses declared that defendants called them to laugh about the fact that they urinated on plaintiffs bed, by the time plaintiff got home the urine dried but the smell was there. Plaintiff also claims defendants took the battery out of his car, showed a text message defendants sent to the witness laughing about it, he called the police. Also suing for unpaid rent, one week, $120 Ruling: Mattress: no proof. Car battery: $150 yes January Rent: $120 yes
