Plaintiff claims that he had to pay unnecessary attorneys fees to evict defendant. Defendant claims she had to incur in extra expenses because of plaintiff. Defendant says that she was good the first 2 months, then she was late with the payment, she was on section 8, he noticed destruction in the house, wanted her out; he had to hire an attorney to negotiate with section 8. Plaintiff showed evidence that he only paid $160 in attorney fees. Plaintiff agreed that he had to pay for Oil per the lease, but, they agreed she will pay for it. Both showed oil receipts. Both claims are dismissed.

It's the section 8 that she kept saying after that, that bugs me.. then it comes out that she's scamming section 8?

I've watched a lot of this show on yt. And there is someone on EVERY video that didn't bring the proof they need. I think they didn't have proof in the first place. You can't bring what you don't have. Don't people know they wont win unless they have proof of what they say? You gotta get proof b4 you go to court people. I wish these people would quit saying "It's not abt the money". If it's not abt the money they wouldn't be in court suing for money. It IS abt the money.?
