Landlord-Tenant. Per plaintiff, they had a disagreement and defendant pushed him first, he defended himself and punched him, defendant also punched a hole in the wall with his fist; plaintiff called the police. Per defendant plaintiff punched him without provocation, punched him in the face and broke his lip. Police arrested the plaintiff, defendant got a restraining order against Plaintiff. Per Plaintiff while he was in jail defendant damaged his property. Neither party showed enough evidence to support their case, both claims are dismissed.
