Plaintiff claims defendants pit-bull dog attacked her cat, she saw the dog attacking her cat, claims defendant has no remorse of the events, she took her cat to the vet ER, the doctor examined the car, his tendon was severed, the only thing he could do was to amputate the cats legs for $2300, she did not have the money, they had to put the cat to sleep, she was very upset. Defendant claims, his mom, who was the witness does not know how the pit-bull got out of the house, she saw the dog and cat together she thought they were playing. The Judge determined that both animals were at large, therefore constitute a misdemeanor in Columbus, Ohio, ordered to split the vet bill.
