EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Plaintiff rented a warehouse from defendant to build a skateboard ramp. Defendant always knew what they were building, per plaintiff. They did not sign a lease. Defendant suddenly decided to raise the rent to $500, plaintiff agreed, and, they agreed that if plaintiff build a hallway he wont have to pay rent for a month. Defendant claims he did not know the space was used for a skateboard ramp, although when he supposedly found out he kept charging the $500 rent and took away their toilet privileges. He refuses to give back the security deposit because he claims the plaintiff did not pay for one month, which they previously agreed he was not supposed to pay as he built the wall, electricity, a door, debris. Defendant showed false evidence.
