Plaintiff claims he took his car to defendants shop to have the transmission replaced, when he drove out of the shop the car broke down, the car has now been sitting in defendants shop for 2 months. Defendant claims the car its been working properly for a while, plaintiff decided not to pick it up, he says he told him since the beginning the car had some electrical problems, but, plaintiff did not want to hear it. Plaintiff filed a complaint with the BBB. Judge ruled that plaintiff has to go to pick up his car and pay $165 for parts and labor.
