EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Plaintiff says he gave the dog to the defendant to hold him for him as he was threaten to get evicted from his apartment if he kept the dog, dog is a pit-bull. Defendant admits that she agreed to watch the dog for a couple of months, she says after 2 months passed she text and called the plaintiff numerous times to pick up the dog, the defendant ignored her calls and text, so she decided to take the dog to a shelter as she could not afford to have him, she was not able to proof that she called or text the plaintiff. Defendant says she gave away the dog out of spite as they ended the affair they were having, when he looked for the dog in the shelter, it was gone. Both claims dismissed.
