Plaintiff claims the car was illegally repossessed, he claims he paid $1300 for it. Defendants claim the bill of sale was $2300, he was owing $1300, they did not show any evidence because the state that in the State oh Ohio the title must be notarized, and plaintiff signed the title but it was not notarized and defendants knew that. Defendants say that they received a call saying that the car was parked illegally and if they did not move it it would be impounded and fined by the city, they got in contact with the plaintiff who refused to move the car, the car was impounded they had to pay for the impound fee and ticket, they did not hear from him so they resale the car for $1500. Judge considers that the $1300 claim by plaintiff should go towards rental fee for using the car for 2 months.
