Plaintiff claims that he leased a town home to defendant in perfect conditions, since the first month it was a problem collecting the rent, checks bounced, he took her to Court, they agreed there the first time she could make monthly payments for the late rent, later on she did not pay he went to Court again and evicted her, when he went to receive the town home it was destroyed, defendant denies she damaged anything in there, it was All normal wear and tear. Plaintiff showed evidence. Defendant had no defense, started screaming to the plaintiff, was thrown out of the Court by the Judge.
