Plaintiff is a landscaping company represented by one of the employees. Plaintiff claims the defendant did not pay the company for a job performed in his lawn, says they completed everything. Defendant claims that job was not well done, damaged his lawn, he was them to repair it. Plaintiff says they started to fix what the defendant thought it was bad, while on the work defendant told him he was not going to pay them until he was satisfied, he figured he was never going to pay them so he stopped working on his land. Plaintiff showed estimates of what the remainder job will cost., his estimates are around the balance that he was supossed to pay plaintiff; therefore, the Judge ruled that he applies that $1000 to pay another company for the rest of the job.
